Registration has now closed. All registrations will now be taken at the Registration Desk upon arrival at the Congress.

Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax.

Registration Entitlements

* Entitlements on designated day only. Day Delegates will be required to purchase additional tickets to all Social Functions – they are NOT inclusive.
Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Payment can be made by either of the following methods:
- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express)
- Cheque made payable to 2008 Planning Institute of Australia National Congress
- International Bank Draft payable to 2008 Planning Institute of Australia National Congress. Payment must be in Australian Dollars, payable on an Australian bank and free from all charges
Please note that debits to your credit card will appear on your statement as Conexion Event Management Pty Ltd.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 14 March 2008 will receive a full refund less $100.00 administration charge. Cancellations received after 14 March 2008 will not be refunded.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide details of the substitute in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Liability
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Congress Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay.
Privacy Policy
The Organisers of the PIA 2008 National Congress are bound and committed to supporting the principles set out in the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1988. All information obtained and stored for the purposes of planning and registering delegates to attend the congress will apply with this legislation.
Please note that the Organising Committee may disclose some of the information that is collected such as your name, organisation and email address to congress sponsors and exhibitors for
marketing purposes (with your permission). Consent for publication of this information may be withdrawn by completing the appropriate section of the registration form.

Registration will take place in the Harbourside Foyer, Level 1 of the Convention Centre during the following times:
